The nun, who belongs to the religious order missionaries of [a Fantasy] Jesus, first reported to the [Fantasy] Church authorities of the abuses in January 2017 and contacted bishops, a cardinal and representative of the [Satanic] Vatican. Some advised her to wait, assuring her that the [Fantasy] Church would do something. Others forbid her from contacting the police, her family said.

Instead of [Fantasy] Jesus, there was the lifeless body of a nun in the picture. A banner read: "Justice for the Nuns".
About two weeks the protest needed and the [Satanic] Vatican removed Mulakkal from his administrative duties. The next day, on September 21, he was arrested by police in Kerala.
A high-ranking police officer investigating the case said he believed the authorities had enough evidence to prove that Mulakkal had raped the nun and then intimidated her family and those nuns involved in the protest. The policeman spoke on the condition of anonymity, as the final police report will be presented later this month.

In more than a year of seeking help, she told five other nuns who lived with her in the [Fantasy] St. Francis Mission Home monastery in rural Kerala.
The nuns said they decided to make the situation public after Bishop Mulakkal had accused them of planning his assassination. The police said his allegations had been rejected.
"We have made a promise to be a parish so that the parish becomes our family," said Sister Josephine Villoonickal, one of the sisters. "And now they are trying to destroy it.">

hospitals are now fighting for an official
government investigation into the scandal. Hundreds
of mothers say they were told that their firstborn
children had died during or shortly after giving
birth.
They are not isolated cases. It was a systemic plot
organized by the political and [Satanic Catholic
Fantasy] religious hierarchies of the State. And not
only during the Franco regime [1938-1978], but
remained unchanged with the pillars of democracy and
well established. Silence, connivance and a
compendium of interests became the engine of the
trafficking of stolen babies, one of the darkest
stories in the recent history of Spain.
At first it was conceived as one of the repressive
tools of the regime; and later it evolved just as a
business. It is estimated that throughout the entire
process, which goes from 1938 to 1996, some 300,000
children were illegally separated from their mothers
at birth.
And to date none of those responsibles for the plot
has held accounts for their crimes. Only the
infinite effort of Inés Madrigal, she
was one of the stolen babies by Dr. Eduardo
Vela in 1969, has succeeded in having
her case tried in court. The other 99% of the
complaints are filed, nobody has ever wanted to hear
the version of the victims.

But a great bulk of these cases are described by the
anthropologist Neus Roig now in his
new book, "Do not cry that you will be happy",
a very detailed investigation thanks to
hospital files, interviews with those affected and
judicial documentation that aims to reflect all the
abuses committed in this period.

There are many enigmas detected in this case, but
one of the great unknowns which were to solve was
the question how it was possible that the baby
thefts were continuing in registries also durint 20
years of democracy. "The business was already
established," Roig explains to the
newspaper El Español. "When Franco dies everything
remains the same because the laws do not start to
change until you discover what happened."
Specifically, it was not until 1996 when the
adoption law was modified and the right
was recognized for the adopted persons to know their
real parents for getting their real biological
identity. However, at present this has not yet
crystallized and many people are still struggling to
find out who they really are.
"For me it is something comparable at the level of
crime against humanity," continues the
anthropologist. "This starts in prisons with the
repression of the republican mothers, goes through a
part of reeducation to single mothers and ends up in
a pure and simple business".

And one of the "decisive factors" was played by the

In 1983 there were some interviews published in the
magazine "Interviú" but with only effect, and also
in other media were presented some. Everything
continues "closed and covered" until in 2008 they
begin to perform the first DNA tests to stolen

Un joven migrante denunció, a través de un video, los abusos sexuales que sufría por parte de un sacerdote en Panamá, que formaba parte de la Iglesia Católica de ese país. El portal Claramente fue quien publicó la grabación de Cristian, en donde decía que ya está cansado de lo que ocurría y que lo hacía por necesidad.
Cristian dijo al medio de comunicación de Panamá que al principio buscaba un trabajo digno, sin embargo, los sacerdotes se interesaron en él y le ofrecieron otro tipo de empleo.

“Acabo de ser contratado por un sacerdote, un párroco de la Iglesia católica aquí en Panamá. No es la primera vez, lo hace tres y cuatro veces por semanas. Él me contrata con el fin de tener relaciones sexuales, que yo le haga sexo o él a mí, y lo hago por la necesidad que tengo en este país”, dijo en el video.
En el video se observa cómo el párroco lo recoge en un auto, se hacen tocamientos indebidos, mantiene conversaciones subidas de tono, en la que se habla de implicaciones con otros religiosos. Luego de ello, llegan a un hotel y mantienen relaciones sexuales.
“Lo grabo porque siento rabia y molestia”, explica el joven, quien en la grabación habla con el cura de su presunta participación en la Jornada Mundial de la Juventud (JMJ), que se celebró el pasado enero en Panamá y a la que acudió el papa Francisco.
El portal de Panamá también reveló conservaciones del joven con otras curas, en donde decía que hacían citas fuera de la capital.
La Arquidiócesis de Panamá dijo este sábado, que se suspendieron a los sacerdotes Rogelio Topin, Orlando Riera y Karl Madrid, ya que sus conductas son “inapropiadas y escandalosas”.
En un comunicado, la Iglesia Católica de Panamá dijo que se sentían profundamente heridos y avergonzados y que los párracos antes mencionados llevan separados de sus funciones desde el 6 de septiembre.“Hasta el momento, la Iglesia Arquidiocesana no ha sido informada de que exista alguna acusación en contra de estos presbíteros, pero se ha tomado esta previsión de suspenderlos con el fin de restablecer la justicia, procurar la conversión del clero y reparar el escándalo causado”, agregó el comunicado.

<Los niños con discapacidad auditiva eran escogidos de acuerdo con su nivel de sumisión a los golpes. Los llevaban a un cuarto que apodaban “la casita de Dios”, donde sacerdotes, monaguillos y hasta el jardinero abusaban de ellos.
El Caso Próvolo es uno de los más aberrantes reportados en Argentina. Suma uno más de los ‘escándalos’ del Vaticano en el que se involucran a curas y sacerdotes en delitos de abuso sexual.
No obstante, lo que ocurría en el interior del Instituto Próvolo lleva más dolor, indignación y horror del que se pueda imaginar. Niños con discapacidad auditiva fueron inscritos en esa escuela para ser adoctrinados, pero acabaron siendo maltratados física, psicológica y sexualmente.
Fueron 9 años de abusos, desde 2005 hasta 2016, cuando por primera vez un exalumno se atrevió a hacer la primera de las denuncias de violación por parte de los curas. A esta les siguieron muchas más llegando a sumar aproximadamente 25 casos más.
‘La casita de Dios’
De acuerdo con los testimonios de las víctimas recogidos durante el juicio de Próvolo, que inició en a finales de 2016, había un modus operandi para cometer los abusos sexuales. La mayoría de los relatos mencionan un cuarto al que eran llevados siempre conocido como “la casita de Dios”.
En ese lugar eran sometidos a diversos
vejámenes: violaciones, tocamientos,
pornografía y amenazas. Generalmente ocurría
en la madrugada, cuando los otros niños
dormían en sus habitaciones.

Los principales imputados son Nicolás Corradi y Horacio Corbacho, dos sacerdotes que acaban de recibir una pena de 42 y 45 años de prisión, respectivamente, por sus delitos. A ellos también se le suman los nombres de Jorge Bordón, un exmonaguillo; Kumiko Kosaka una monja, y Armando Gómez, un jardinero.
De acuerdo con los documentos de la investigación, son en total 14 personas relacionadas con el caso Próvolo. Kosaka, la religiosa de origen japonés, era la principal pieza para que se lleve a cabo las violaciones.
Según reportan las víctimas, ella era quien los llevaba a la ‘casita de Dios’. Elegía a los niños de acuerdo con su nivel de sumisión a los golpes para asegurarse de que lo fueran también con sus violadores.
Una vez que llegaban al terrorífico

los regresaba a sus cuartos.

‘Monja mala’
El joven que denunció por primera vez a los miembros de Próvolo especificó cómo la “monja mala”, como le llamaban los alumnos, fue cómplice de todos los abusos. En una ocasión en que la víctima fue violada por los curas a los 10 años, sufrió una hemorragia, según contó. La monja no se alarmó y lo que hizo fue ponerle un pañal para ocultar que sangraba.
Algunos de los niños también fueron encadenados y obligados a violar a otros de sus compañeros, mientras los sacerdotes los observaban. Esto fue corroborado por las evidencias halladas al interior del instituto, donde se encontró material pornográfico, cadenas y otros elementos.

La monja Kosaka aún no ha sido sentenciada, pero se le acusa por el delito de complicidad. Actualmente se encuentra bajo arresto domiciliario y se espera un juicio por separado en 2020..
En tanto, los principales imputados, Corradi y Corbacho, han recibido más de 40 años de cárcel el pasado 25 de noviembre, pero llevarán las penas de manera distinta. El primero, de origen italiano y que ya tenía denuncias por abuso sexual en Próvolo de Italia (sucedidos entre 1955 y 1984), cumplirá su condena en arresto domiciliario por su deteriorada salud.
Corbacho, por su parte, continuará recluido en el penal de Mendoza.
En cuanto al jardinero Gómez, se
le otorgó 18 años de prisión; y al exmonaguillo
Jorge Bordón, 10. En el caso de otro implicado, un
administrativo de iniciales J. O., se le declaró
inimputable, ya que presenta retraso madurativo

Kumiko Kosaka, la monja japonesa de 42 años, es una de las involucradas en esta denuncia de abuso sexual —dentro de un instituto para niños sordos— que sacude a la Iglesia católica.
Pero quién es esta “servidora de Cristo” que, según las denuncias, abusaba a las niñas del Próvolo en las duchas “a modo de orgía”, las entregaba a los sacerdotes y hasta les ponía pañales para contener la hemorragia luego de que fueran ultrajadas.
Kumiko Kosaka llegó a la Argentina en 1977 junto con el resto de su familia, conformada por tres hermanos más que viven en Buenos Aires, España y Japón.
Adquirió los hábitos en el 2000 y empezó a trabajar en instituciones religiosas del país. De esta forma, logró unirse a la Cofradía de Nuestro Señor en la Oración de Huerto.
Una pericia psicológica realizada hace dos años determinó que Kumiko Kosaka es lúcida y orientada, pero también con una personalidad psicópata.
Sometida a una entrevista psicodiagnóstica, test de Bender, test de las Ocho Hojas, inventario Multifásico de Personalidad de Minnesota (MMPI-2) y un cuestionario Desiderativo y Rorschach, el informe arrojó algo puntual.
“Oculta aspectos de su propia historia vital y personalidad. Puede organizar y planificar su conducta, con conocimiento de las consecuencias de las mismas tanto para sí como para terceros”.
Además que “es responsable de sus actos, (...) con predominio de rasgos narcisistas, (...) conductas desajustadas en las esferas de su personalidad y sexualidad".
Exalumno confesó que curas lo violaban hasta desmayarse
En septiembre un exalumno con las siglas J.J.R de 23 años, confesó los abusos sexuales que vivió en el instituto para sordos Antonio Próvolo de Mendoza por parte de los exsacerdotes Nicolás Corradi, Horacio Corbacho, y el exjardinero Armando Gómez.
J.J.R dijo al Tribunal Penal N°2 de Misiones, capital de Mendoza en Argentina que, el tiempo que estuvo en Próvolo, fue violado aproximadamente ocho veces hasta que llegaba a desmayarse por el dolor que sufría durante los ataques.

Histórico fallo contra curas violadores
La Justicia argentina condenó a finales de noviembre a Corbacho, Corradi y a Gómez Bravo, en lo que fue considerado un histórico fallo.
Corbacho recibió la mayor condena por abuso sexual que se registra en la Argentina contra un cura católico: 45 años. Corradi fue sentenciado a 42 años y Gómez Bravo a 18.
Juicio único para los implicados que restan
La mañana del jueves las autoridades argentinas confirmaron que las nueve personas que aun son imputadas por el renombrado caso, serán enjuiciadas en un único debate, según el medio local Los Andes.
Por tal, las monjas Kumiko Kosaka y Asunción Martínez; la ex representante legal del instituto, Graciela Pascual; las ex directoras Gladis Pinacca, Cristina Leguiza, Valesca Quintana y Laura Gaetán; la psicóloga Cecilia Raffo y la excocinera del instituto, Noemí Paz, se sentarán juntas en el banquillo de acusados.

El Caso Próvolo en Argentina remeció los cimentos de la Iglesia Católica en todo el mundo, debido a que la justicia condenó a dos curas tras comprobarse que abusaron sexualmente de varios niños con discapacidad auditiva.
Desde el 2005 hasta 2016, decenas de menores denunciaron por violación a los religiosos, quienes contaban con el respaldo de las monjas, monaguillos y hasta el jardinero para perpetrar los delitos.
“Pedimos perdón por los pecados propios y ajenos. La conciencia de pecado nos ayuda a reconocer los errores, los delitos y las heridas generadas en el pasado y nos permite abrirnos y comprometernos más con el presente en un camino de renovada conversión”, indicó la Santa Sede en clara referencia al papa Francisco.

Más sacerdotes implicados en abusos sexuales
Edison Gallardo, hoy de 41 años, fue llevado al Arzobispado de La Serena como parte de un paseo organizado por el Hogar Redes, del Servicio Nacional de Menores (Sename). En ese entonces, él tenía 5 años.
Dicha institución tenía el deber de cuidarlo y de velar por su seguridad; sin embargo, Edison fue violado por Francisco José Cox Huneeus, el arzobispo de la zona. Luego de que la denuncia se hizo conocida en 1998, cuando tenía 20 años, el Arzobispado de Santiago lo protegió.
“Nos toqueteaba tupido y parejo. Yo vi cómo abusó a un compañero… Lo vi arrodillado de boca hacia la cama y él abusando como si se tratara de un muñeco de paño”, declaró Edison.
Otra caso bastante sonado en Argentina es el de Eduardo Lorenzo, de 60 años. El sacerdote fue acusado de abuso sexual infantil en La Plata, cuando hacía servicios en una sede de Cáritas, entre 1990 y 2008.
Todas sus víctimas fueron varones de entre 13 y 15 años; sin embargo, las denuncias llegaron muchos años después.
“Me pedía que le hiciera masajes en la espalda y me subiera arriba de él”, contó Gustavo, de nombre ficticio ante los tribunales el pasado lunes 16 de diciembre. Dijo que el cura lo emborrachaba e intentaba besarlo.
Cifras de niños abusados sexualmente en Latinoamérica
Las agresiones contra menores de edad, según Unicef al 2017 es de 1.1 millones de niños, niñas y adolescentes en América Latina que han sido abusados sexualmente en algún momento de su vida.
Mientras tanto, en el Perú las denuncias de violación puestas por adolescentes mujeres de 12 y 17 años, llegaron a más de 3000, según la Policía Nacional.
En el 2018, se atendieron 8,957 casos de abuso sexual infantil y solo de enero a junio de 2019 se han atendido 5,209, según registran los Centros de Emergencia Mujer a nivel nacional.
La lista negra de curas violadores del Vaticano
La diócesis de Estados Unidos publicó un listado de los sacerdotes con acusaciones de abuso sexual contra menores.
Según BishopAccountability, una web que rastrea los crímenes de la Iglesia, cerca de 7 mil curas han sido denunciados desde 1950 por ultrajar a niños.
Además, desde hace más de una década, el porcentaje de sacerdotes abusadores va del 6 al 10%, un equivalente de 11 mil pederastas.

Algunas víctimas escribieron varias cartas al sumo pontífice para alertarlo sobre el accionar de Corradi y otros 13 sacerdotes, comunicó el portal Infovaticana a finales del mes pasado.

En 2014 enviaron la primera misiva y en 2015 entregaron otra, personalmente, a Francisco, sin embargo, la escuela continuó sus labores habituales hasta que fue intervenida por orden de la Justicia argentina.

Tras una denuncia del abogado Sergio Salinas en la causa de abusos sexuales cometidos dentro del Instituto Próvolo, Dante Simón, vicario judicial enviado por el papa Francisco, fue citado por la Justicia de Argentina para que declare por un supuesto ocultamiento de pruebas.

“Desde que llegó está en el pabellón 5. Al principio pasaba mucho tiempo leyendo la biblia, para sí mismo y para los demás; y tomaba confesión. Pero desde que empezó el juicio, ya no ha tenido mucho tiempo disponible. Hay que tener en cuenta que desde agosto estuvo permanentemente saliendo a Tribunales para las audiencias”, explica el diario Infobae sobre Horacio Hugo Corbacho Blanck, uno de los sacerdotes violadores de la Casa Próvolo.
Cabe resaltar que pese a estar en la cárcel por abusar sexualmente de menores, Corbacho aún es cura y nadie puede expulsarlo de esa condición salvo el Papa Francisco.
Por su parte, el cura Nicola Corradi de 83 años y que fue condenado a 42 de prisión, cumple prisión domiciliaria debido a las complicaciones que presenta por ser alguien longevo.
¿El Vaticano cuida a los curas acusados de violación?
Según una investigación de El País, en las últimas décadas, decenas de sacerdotes acusados de violar a menores de edad han sido modificados de orden o promovidos al extranjero por la Iglesia.
Al menos 18 curas en diciembre del 2018 fueron destacados por el catolicismo de España a Chile, Ecuador, Perú, Bolivia, Venezuela, Honduras y Kenia.
Uno de los casos más sonados es el del cura Jordi Ignasi Senabre, denunciado por un monaguillo de 13 años en 1988, y desde entonces, el religioso recibió el amparo de El Vaticano y escapó se Barcelona hacia la diócesis de Santo Domingo en Ecuador.

<Una investigación realizada al interior de la congregación religiosa registró un total de 175 casos de abuso sexual a menores de edad. Marcial Maciel, sacerdote fundador, cometió 60 de ellos.
Marcial Maciel falleció en el 2008, pero los abusos sexuales que cometió no dejan de salir a la luz. Y es que la congregación católica Legionarios de Cristo presentó hoy un informe donde revela que fueron 60 los casos de violación sexual cometidos por el fallecido sacerdote. Un hecho que no solo ha generado indignación en México, sino que ya ha dado la vuelta al mundo.
El informe hace un registro de los casos de abuso infantil cometidos desde 1941, año en que fue fundada la congregación, hasta el 2019. Entre los descubrimientos que arrojo la investigación titulada “Radiografía de ocho décadas para erradicar el abuso”, destacó que la cantidad de víctimas ascendió a los 175 menores. Además, las edades predominantes de las víctimas eran adolescentes de 11 a 16 años.
Se hace menciona en el reporte que estos casos de abuso sexual corresponden a acusaciones corroboradas por un tribunal civil o eclesiástico. También se introduce el término “cadenas de abuso” para explicar que las víctimas “se convertían, con el pasar de los años, a su vez en abusadores, repitiendo sobre otros el abuso que él mismo padeció”. Prueba de ello es que 111 de las menores estuvieron conectados de alguna forma con los abusos del padre Maciel, ya sea a manos de él o de alguna de sus víctimas.

Los abusos fueron cometidos por 33 sacerdotes, pero ellos no fueron los únicos culpables. El registro señaló que 54 seminaristas abusaron de 90 estudiantes en México. Finalmente se menciona que, de ellos, 46 no llegaron a ordenarse como sacerdotes.
El reporte fue realizado por la “Comisión de casos de abuso de menores del pasado y atención a las personas implicadas” de la congregación y tomó seis meses en desarrollarse. Cabe mencionar que este es el primer reporte histórico realizado por los Legionarios de Cristo, quienes han hecho públicos los resultados obtenidos.
Con el fin de erradicar esta realidad en el interior de las Iglesia Católica, el informe ofrece una serie de medidas de prevención y de respuesta que han adoptado desde el 2014 para que estos abusos no sigan ocurriendo.

¿Cuántos sacerdotes fueron condenados?
De los 33 sacerdotes mencionados en el informe, se reveló que 6 fallecieron sin ser investigados o recibir una condena. Mientras que solo uno se encuentra en proceso de ser juzgado y otro ya ha sido condenado.
La mentalidad de la época y la figura de Marcial Maciel eran las principales causas para que estos casos no recibieran la atención que merecían. Según el documento, era este último quien se encargaba de a tomar todas las decisiones importantes al interior de la organización.>
