The most influential court official held the title “quaestor sacri palatii”, and the dignitary closest to the Pope “magister sacr ipalatii”. To this day, the authorities of the Curia are called “sacred congregations”. Although the Christian emperor no longer called himself “divus”, divine, but he was “sacer” of course, sanctified, untouchable. And so was the “Holy” Father. All of this came from the Roman imperial court.

The fact that the untouchable emperors were mostly murdered is another matter, as are the brawls between the factions of the councils and the bloody rivalries of the papal pretenders (Papstprätendenten).

Greek Empire: “Christians” want to destroy synagogues - freedom of faith
The Roman Empire [the Greek Empire] and the Roman laws [the Greek laws] continued to exist, except that the state religion was now Christianity, which had previously been considered hostile to the state, and the former state religion was illegal. The privileges of the Jews remained intact, attempts by Christians to destroy synagogues were stopped by the emperors after Theodosius; stopped several times, which indicates repeated attempts at destruction. However, the reversal of the legitimacy of the state religion did not mean that the non-Christian masses were now faced with the alternative of either accepting the Christian faith or being executed. Obligation of belief for "pagans" should not exist.
Greek Empire: discrimination and mass robbery against “heretics”

Christian heretics were legally discriminated, their churches were confiscated, their parish administrations dissolved, they themselves were expelled from the cities and their financial circumstances were restricted to the point where they were deprived of the ability to make a testamentary disposition [Church always likes to steal and rob heritage, houses and territories].
No one seems to have been interested in the fact that the god-believing masses, unless they adopted the Christian faith, were officially no longer allowed to practice any of the old cults, lost their temples and priests and thus became religiously homeless. [It seems that the Inquisition was not yet installed in the beginning].
Migration period 6th century: A “Justinian” is said to have discriminated against all non-Christians
However, it was only under Justinian in the 6th century that non-Christians were legally discriminated against, just as Christian heretics had been before. From 408 onwards, non-Christians were not allowed to hold state offices. Incidentally, the Jews were also increasingly set back legally (cf. page 22) There was never any stronger coercion in imperial times. Those who accepted the legal disadvantages could still pay homage to Artemis of Ephesus in their hearts (no longer in public worship).
The Jesus Fantasy Vatican of 1300 INVENTING a past of “Roman Law” against natural medicine
The [Jesus Fantasy] Church thus quite naturally adopted the state law and the penal laws of Rome [Athens]. The following complexes of Roman criminal law are interesting for our topic [all “Roman law” is INVENTED by the criminal Vatican around 1300]:
1. Veneficium = poison mixing
“Venenum” is the stimulant, since the drug is also a ‘venenum’. Originally, “bonum”, good, or “malum”, bad, had to be added to characterize it. Gradually, the word took on a pejorative meaning. It became identical with harmful liquid with magic effect.
Not only the poisoner, but also the preparer and the seller who sold the poison for murderous purposes was punished with death.
a) Abortion of the foetus: The unborn child was not considered a finished human being: “homo no recte fuisse dicitur”. Based on the law on poisoners, the person administering the drug was punished with death if the woman died during the abortion.
b) Love potions: Death penalty for the person administering the drink if it had fatal consequences: killed by love potion
c) Remedies for infertility: like love potions.

Magic was one of the most serious crimes - [hormones were "magic", pagan prayers were "magic", but Christian prayers not (?!)] - and was never included in the annual amnesties. The magician was liable to the death penalty, later by fiery death, and those involved, depending on their social status, to death by beheading, crucifixion or being torn to pieces in the arena. The possession of magic books [hormones? prayers?] was threatened with deportation or execution.
[But magic and manipulation by the criminal Church with a fantasy book from Asia without writer, location or date, with a fantasy god and other fantasy figures from Asia and with incense from Asia, with a Fantasy God singing and organ, with Fantasy devil and Fantasy hell is NOT punishable. That's very strange].
Torture was used for finding evidence in the magician trial regardless of the social status of the accused [and regardless of the successful healings].

3. Divination = fortune telling
Since ever, there is the observation of birds, and interpretation of the birds how they are flying. And there is the investigation of dead bodies and the organs (viscera viewing), and the interpretation for special [p.124] signs [in the sky, on Earth, in the air, etc.]. But Cicero in his work "De divinatione" is presenting the old Cato putting him the thought in his mouth that the priests who are investigating divination delicts were presumably smiling when they were speaking under oath other about it.
a) Horoscope is allowed
a) The position of the horoscope (nativity) by the Chaldeans or “mathematici” or “astrologi” or also “genethliaci” (from the Greek “genethlios”=birthday) was of great importance for the individual. This was allowed.

However, none of this may be done during the night. Commercial practice is punished, foreign practitioners were expelled in republican times [?].
Stealing the harvest from the neighbor's field
Another curiosity is harvest theft, which was accompanied in the Twelfth Tablet Law by harvest magic, the magical dragging of other people's crops onto one's own field. However, this is never mentioned again. In the Middle Ages, this magic offense reappeared!
The criminal Vatican of 1300 forbids EVERYTHING

In the course of time, all kinds of fortune-telling were criminalized. Whoever can make good weather can also bring about bad weather. Whoever can make good magic [p.125] also has power over harmful magic. Horoscopic or other research into life expectancy was now also punished, which the emperors punished with the death penalty as personal endangerment and a crime against majesty. The [invented] Diocletian issued an [invented] general ban around 300. All fortune-telling now came under the heading of veneficium. Deliberate communication with gods and spirits had already been put on the list of problems because there was the distinction between good and harmful purposes - before the Christianization of the state already.
In contrast, the communication that gods and spirits had with humans of their own accord was, of course, something quite different. If a god gives a gifted child to a human woman, the state cannot interfere to investigate, just first for the reason that this is always an unverifiable past.

That fauns (male-sporty “forest spirits” [web01]) and other ghostly creatures oppress sleeping women at night (incubus (demon that pops sleeping women at night [web02]) was a popular belief among the Romans [Greeks], which was not important to eradicate.

Criminal “Christianity” with only ONE God, whom one cannot even see

The idea that there is only ONE God comes from Judaism in a war situation against Assyria. The 1 God Movement claimed that one should "believe more efficiently" and this would make possible to win the war of David against Goliath (Israel against Assyria). They lost the war, people were deported, wrote their thick books there, came back to Israel and dominated ancient Judaism there and wiped out the world of the gods there through their dominance with books. So this 1-God movement with a Yahweh is WRONG. And this FALSE 1-God movement developed a FALSE "Christianity", whose propagandists caused unrest and misconception throughout the Greek Empire and always tried to manipulate the government. Add to this, this FAKE 1 God Movement was also the base for the invention of a Muhammad belief which is also a FAKE. The criminal Vatican then also INVENTED a Roman Empire, which NEVER existed, in order to ascribe a "beautiful past" to Rome, where the Vatican was built for 300 years. And in Asia a separation movement invented a Muhammad, and this Arameic word was used first for the Fantasy Jesus with the meaning "the prized one"].

The Christian religion, which wanted to be monotheistic [with the FALSE 1-God myth of the Jewish 1-God movement], needed a theodicy, a "justification of God" for the evil in the world, and the final victory of good, this means, an eschatology [the invocation of an end times and an end of the world].
Judaism and Christianity with the Fantasy god and with the Fantasy Messiah fever
The total victory expected by the Jews after the anointing of a human being as the [Fantasy] Messiah did not concern the individual, but meant the political submission of all peoples to the rule of Yahweh. The individual Jew only contributed with his deeds to delay or hasten the coming of the end times. The old time, therefore, in spite of strict monotheism, did not need theodicy.
