Vatican triggered hectic at the headquarters of the Swiss
Bishops' Conference in Freiburg (Fribourg - canton of

bloodthirsty crusades to conquer the Holy Land, the
Inquisition against heretics and witches, the forced
evictions, the silence of Rome on the Holocaust. The document
serves as a theological safeguard of the homily - that is the
official name of the "Mea Culpa" confession prayer, which the
[Satanist] pope wants to speak on St. Peter's Square next
Sunday.
The document bears the signature of Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger.
As Head of the Commission, he has made sure that the wording
remains unclear. So it is said about the persecution of the
Jews (Shoa): "One may ask whether the persecution of the Jews
by the National Socialists was favored not also by anti-Jewish
prejudices, which were alive in the minds and hearts of some
[Fantasy] Christians." [The persecution of the Jews 1933-1945
was organized by the Rothshcild Zionists in London and the
Hitler regime IN COMMON. Up to the last day Zionist agents
were "electing" Jews which were "usable" for Israel, and other
weaker Jews were left to die in Europe].
The infallibility of the [Fantasy] Church is not shaken. The
[Satanist] pope will in no way apologize for offenses
committed by the [Fantasy] Church as an institution. There
were missing the "children of the [Fantasy] Church", from the
point of view of Rome, or, as Betticher explains, "the
ancestors in the [Fantasy] faith" were missing.
Not the [Fantasy] Church, but [Satanist] popes have caused
bloodbaths
Officially, as a sacred institution, the [Fantasy] Church is
still "unable to commit a sin, it can not make mistakes
because it is borne by [Fantasy] Christ," says Betticher. "The
[Satanist] pope asks forgiveness for all the sins that man has
done in the name of [Fantasy] faith." It was not the [Fantasy]
Church itself but its "sons and daughters" who murdered and
strangled. Not the [Fantasy] Church as a "mystical body", but
[Satanist] popes and bishops have caused blood baths and set
fire to stakes.
Whether such subtleties are likely to promote dialogue within
the [Fantasy] Church and with other religions is questionable.
At any rate, the Islam scientist Mr. Hartmut Fähndrich
considers the planned appearance of the [Satanist] pope to be
"theatrical". The "Goodwill Action" hardly contributes to a
genuine historical debate.
The well-known theologian Mr. Hans Küng, 71, to whom Rome has
withdrawn the teaching license over 20 years ago, becomes even
more explicit: that the [Satanist] pope now only wants to
excuse the sins of some of his sheep, he considers a "lame
excuse".
The confession of guilt shows the dilemma in Rome. There were
already some in the commission fears that the [Satanist] pope
might go too far. It is also unthinkable for a section of the
conservative Catholic believers that the [Fantasy] Church can
blame itself. "Personally, I would find it difficult to
describe the [Fantasy] Church as a sinfully structured
structure," says Mr. Lukas Brühwiler, president of the
Catholic People's Party, an ultra-conservative spin-off of the
Swiss CVP.
Even with the idea that guilt is passed down through the
generations, Mr. Brühwiler can not make friends. The crusades
had been "time-historical means"; and for the fact that the
[Fantasy] Church did not sharply distance itself from the Nazi
atrocities, there were "good reasons". So it's obvious that
this [the crazy satanist violater] [Satanist] pope or the
[crazy satanist violator] Cardinal Ratzinger don't want to
frighten conservative Catholics like from Catholic People's
Party in Switzerland confessing too much.
The Catholic [Fantasy] Church has trouble with its guilty
tradition to this day
After all, it seems that there is a growing sense in Rome that
"being a member of a group means that one can stand in a
tradition of guilt", as the [Fantasy] Church historian Mr.
Markus Ries says. "Nowadays, men do not set fire to stakes,
but with the notorious witch trials, there's a history of male
persecution by men, so men are more likely to be on the
perpetrator side and women on the victim side." To this day
Rome has a hard time with this tradition of guilt, as the
doccier about Galileo Galilei (1564-1642) shows. In a
degenerate process, the Inquisition in 1633 forced him to
revoke his "heresies". Only eight years ago Galilei was
officially rehabilitated by the [Satanist] Vatican.
The [Satanist] pope can excuse himself, says Hans Küng. Such a
confession will only be effective if "a reversal of the heart"
becomes recognizable. The emeritus professor of theology,
however, does not feel it.
The modern Grand Inquisitor Ratzinger
This Papal confession of guilt is prepared by the [crazy
satanist violator] bishop cardinal Joseph Ratzinger, 72 years
old, number 2 after John Paul II as a ward of the Catholic
fate, and Ratzinger is considered a chief ideologue of the
[Satanist] Holy See.
He is Prefect of the Roman Congregation for the Doctrine of
the [Fantasy] faith, the successor institution of the
Inquisition. As a [Fantasy] Church manager, Ratzinger
stubbornly refuses to "offer more products widening the range
of products making attractive the company to a wider group",
wrote "Mirror" ("Spiegel") about the son of a gendarmerie
master. Ratzinger resolutely defends conservative positions.
So he vehemently defended the [Satanist] pope's declaration of
1994 against women as priests - which was decrated in an

[Boston: priest Geoghan busted with over 130 abuse
cases]
Since the mid-1990s, more than 130 people have come forward
with horrific childhood tales about how former priest John
J. Geoghan allegedly fondled or raped them during a
three-decade spree through a half-dozen Greater Boston
parishes.
Almost always, his victims were grammar school boys. One
was just 4 years old.
Then came last July’s disclosure that Cardinal Bernard F.
Law knew about Geoghan’s problems in 1984, Law’s first year
in Boston, yet approved his transfer to St. Julia’s parish
in Weston. Wilson D. Rogers Jr., the cardinal’s attorney,
defended the move last summer, saying the archdiocese had
medical assurances that each Geoghan reassignment was
“appropriate and safe.”
But one of Law’s bishops thought that the 1984 assignment of
Geoghan to St. Julia’s was so risky, he wrote the cardinal a
letter in protest. And for good reason, the Spotlight Team
found: The archdiocese already had substantial evidence of
Geoghan’s predatory sexual habits. That included his assertion
in 1980 that his repeated abuse of seven boys in one extended
family was not a “serious” problem, according to an
archdiocesan record.
The St. Julia’s assignment proved disastrous. Geoghan was put
in charge of three youth groups, including altar boys. In
1989, he was forced to go on sick leave after more complaints
of sexual abuse, and spent months in two institutions that
treat sexually abusive priests. Even so, the archdiocese
returned him to St. Julia’s, where Geoghan continued to abuse
children for another three years.
[Catholic Fantasy Church was not capable to protect
children from Geoghan]
Now, as Geoghan faces the first of two criminal trials next
week, details about his sexual compulsion are likely to be
overshadowed by a question that many Catholics find even
more troubling: Why did it take a succession of three
cardinals and many bishops 34 years to place children
out of Geoghan’s reach?
Donna Morrissey, a spokeswoman for Law, said the cardinal
and other [Fantasy] Church officials would not respond to
questions about Geoghan. Morrissey said the [Fantasy] Church
had no interest in knowing what the Globe’s questions would
be.
Before Geoghan ever got to Weston in 1984, he had already
been treated several times and hospitalized at least once
for molesting boys. And he had been removed from at least
two parishes for sexual abuse. In 1980, for instance, he was
ordered out of St. Andrew’s in Jamaica Plain after casually
admitting he had molested the seven boys.
In 1981, after a year’s sick leave, Geoghan was dispatched
to St. Brendan’s in Dorchester, with little chance he would
be placed under scrutiny: His pastor for most of his 3 1/2
years there, the Rev. James H. Lane, has told friends he was
never warned that Geoghan had a history of sex abuse.
In September 1984, complaints that Geoghan had abused
children at the Dorchester parish prompted Law to remove
him. Two months later, the cardinal gave Geoghan a fresh
start at St. Julia’s.
Law allowed Geoghan to stay in Weston for more than eight
years before removing him from parish duty in 1993. But even
that decision to recast Geoghan as a functionary at a home
for retired priests did not prevent him from seeking out and
molesting children, according to the multiple civil suits
and criminal charges filed against the 66-year-old Geoghan.
Finally, in 1998, the [Fantasy] Church “defrocked” Geoghan,
removing him from the priesthood.
[Case Jan. 14 in Middlesex - case end of Feb. in Suffolk]
Geoghan’s criminal defense attorney, Geoffrey Packard, said
his client would have no comment on any of the allegations
against him. Geoghan’s first trial on sexual molestation
charges is scheduled for Jan. 14 in Middlesex Superior
Court. The second, more serious set of charges are due to be
tried in Suffolk Superior Court in late February. In the
civil lawsuits, Geoghan has no attorney, and is not
contesting the charges.
The [Fantasy] Church’s likely legal defense, as Rogers
hinted in July, will be that doctors deemed Geoghan
rehabilitated. [Fantasy] Church records obtained by the
Globe note that Geoghan was indeed medically cleared for the
St. Julia’s assignment - but not until he had been at the
parish for a month.
In 1984, there were still some clinicians who believed
child molesters could be cured. But other specialists had
long since warned Catholic bishops of the high risk that
priests who had abused children would become repeat
offenders.
What’s more, specialists in child sexual abuse and
attorneys who have represented victims said, it ought to
have been apparent to the archdiocese by 1984 that someone
with Geoghan’s record of habitual sexual abuse should not
have been returned to a parish.
“In Geoghan’s case, the [Fantasy] Church defied its own
most basic values of protecting the young and fostering
celibacy,” said A.W. Richard Sipe, a former priest. Sipe, a
psychotherapist and expert in [Satanist] clergy sexual
abuse, said he has long believed that the Catholic [Fantasy]
Church has been too slow to deal with priests who molest
children.
[Others don't want scandals with Geoghan any more]
The Spotlight Team found evidence that one of Law’s top
subordinates worried that Geoghan would cause further
scandal at St. Julia’s in Weston, where he began work on
Nov. 13, 1984. On Dec. 7, Bishop John M. D’Arcy wrote to
Law, challenging the wisdom of the assignment in light of
Geoghan’s “history of homosexual involvement with young
boys.”
Within the next week, two doctors cleared Geoghan for
parish duty, according to an archdiocesan chronology that is
in court files. It reads: “12/11/84 Dr. [Robert] Mullins -
Father Geoghan `fully recovered.’ . . . 12/14/84 Dr. [John
H.] Brennan: “no psychiatric contraindications or
restrictions to his work as a parish priest.”
The files also contain a poignant - and prophetic - August
1982 letter to Law’s predecessor, the late Cardinal Humberto
Medeiros, from the aunt of Geoghan’s seven Jamaica Plain
victims, expressing incredulity that the [Fantasy] Church to
which she was devoted would give Geoghan another chance at
St. Brendan’s after what he had done to her family.
“Regardless of what he says, or the doctor who treated him,
I do not believe he is cured; his actions strongly suggest
that he is not, and there is no guarantee that persons with
these obsessions are ever cured,” Margaret Gallant said in
her plea to Medeiros.
“It embarrasses me that the [Fantasy] Church is so
negligent,” Gallant wrote. Archdiocesan records obtained by
the Globe make it clear why Gallant wrote her irate letter
two years after the abuse: Geoghan had reappeared in Jamaica
Plain, and been seen with a young boy. The records note that
the next month, “Another letter from Mrs. Gallant. Why is
nothing being done?”
[The tactics of the criminal pedophile priest Geoghan]
From the Jamaica Plain case alone, the archdiocese’s top
officials were aware of Geoghan’s attraction to young boys,
and how he picked his victims: The affable Geoghan usually
befriended Catholic mothers struggling to raise large
families, often alone. His offers to help, often by taking
the children for ice cream or praying with them at bedtime,
were accepted without suspicion.

That is how 12-year-old Patrick McSorley, who lived in a
Hyde Park [Boston] housing project, allegedly became a
Geoghan victim in 1986 - two years after Geoghan’s
assignment to Weston.

According to McSorley, Geoghan, who knew the family from
St. Andrew’s, learned of his father’s suicide and dropped by
to offer condolences to his mother, who is schizophrenic.
The priest offered to buy Patrick ice cream.
“I felt a little funny about it,” McSorley recalled in an
interview. “I was 12 years old and he was an old man.”
Riding home after getting ice cream, McSorley says, Geoghan
consoled him. But then he patted his upper leg and slid his
hand up toward his crotch. “I froze up,” McSorley said. “I
didn’t know what to think. Then he put his hand on my
genitals and started masturbating me. I was petrified.”
McSorely added that Geoghan then began masturbating himself.
When Geoghan dropped a shaken McSorley off at his mother’s
house, he suggested they keep secret what had taken place.
“He said, `We’re very good at keeping secrets,’ “ McSorley
said.
For years, McSorley has battled alcoholism and depression.
And now, as the plaintiff in one of the lawsuits against
Geoghan, McSorley is bitter. “To find out later that the
Catholic [Fantasy] Church knew he was a child molester -
every day it bothers me more and more,” McSorley says.
Many documents
yet to be unsealed
The letters from Bishop D’Arcy and Margaret Gallant were
among documents found by the Globe during a review of the
public files of 84 civil lawsuits still pending against
Geoghan. But for all Geoghan’s notoriety, the public record
is remarkably skeletal. That is because almost all the
evidence in the lawsuits about the [Fantasy] Church’s
supervision of Geoghan has been under a court-ordered
confidentiality seal granted to [Fantasy] Church lawyers.

In November, acting on a motion by the Globe, Superior Court
Judge Constance M. Sweeney ordered those documents made
public. The archdiocese appealed to the state Appeals Court,
arguing that the Globe - and the public - should not have
access to documents about the [Fantasy] Church’s inner
workings. But the appeal was denied last month. The records,
including depositions of bishops and personnel files, are
scheduled to become public on Jan. 26.
The cardinal and five other bishops who supervised Geoghan
over the years have been accused of negligence in many of
the civil suits for allegedly knowing of Geoghan’s abuse and
doing nothing to stop it. Never before have so many bishops
had to defend their roles in a case involving sexual
molestation charges against a single priest. The five, all
since promoted to head their own dioceses, are Bishops
Thomas V. Daily of Brooklyn, N.Y.; Robert J. Banks of Green
Bay, Wis.; William F. Murphy of Rockville Center, N.Y.; John
B. McCormack of Manchester, N.H., and Archbishop Alfred C.
Hughes of New Orleans. Law and the five bishops have all
denied the accusations in legal filings. No American diocese
has faced a scandal of similar dimensions since 1992.
[Child abuse cases in Fall River Diocese]
That year, in the Fall River Diocese, more than 100 of
former priest James Porter’s victims surfaced publicly with
evidence that Porter’s superiors - including, in the 1960s,
then Monsignor Medeiros - shifted him from one parish to
another as parents learned of his compulsive abuse.

Since 1997, the archdiocese has settled about 50 lawsuits
against Geoghan, for more than $10 million - but with no
confidential documents ever made public.
Plaintiffs in the 84 pending lawsuits are refusing to
settle their claims as easily, and the [Fantasy] Church’s
internal documents are subject to being revealed in the
litigation. So the archdiocese has moved aggressively to
keep information about its supervision of Geoghan out of
public view. One example: When Law was named a defendant in
25 of the lawsuits, Rogers asked a judge to impound any
reference to the cardinal, arguing that his reputation might
be harmed. The judge refused.

On Dec. 17, Rogers sent the Globe’s attorney, Jonathan M.
Albano, a letter threatening to seek legal sanctions against
the newspaper and its law firm if the Globe published
anything gleaned from confidential records in the suits. He
warned that he would seek court-imposed sanctions even if
Globe reporters asked questions of [Satanist] clergy
involved in the case.

For decades, within the US Catholic [Fantasy] Church,
sexual misbehavior by priests was shrouded in secrecy - at
every level. Abusive priests - Geoghan among them - often
instructed traumatized youngsters to say nothing about what
had been done to them. Parents who learned of the abuse,
often wracked by shame, guilt, and denial, tried to forget
what the [Fantasy] Church had done. The few who complained
were invariably urged to keep silent. And pastors and
bishops, meanwhile, viewed the abuse as a sin for which
priests could repent rather than as a compulsion they might
be unable to control.
Even Massachusetts law assured secrecy - and still does.
For all the years that Geoghan was molesting children,
[Satanist] clergymen were exempt from laws requiring most
other caregivers to report incidents of sex abuse to police
for possible prosecution. It was only after last summer’s
revelations that the archdiocese dropped its long-standing
opposition to legislation adding [Satanist] clergy to the
list of “mandated reporters.” But the legislation died in
committee.
Until recent years, the [Fantasy] Church also had little to
fear from the courts. But that has changed, as predicted in
a 1985 confidential report on priest abuse prepared at the
urging of some of the nation’s top bishops, Law among them.
“Our dependence in the past on Roman Catholic judges and
attorneys protecting the Diocese and clerics is GONE,” the
report said.

Since mid-December, the Globe has been requesting
interviews with Law and other [Fantasy] Church officials.
But the answer was delayed until Morrissey’s call late
Friday, in which she said she would not even accept
questions in writing. Asked if that meant the Archdiocese
had no interest in knowing what the questions were,
Morrissey replied: “That’s correct.”
In preparing this article, the Globe also sought interviews
with many of the priests and bishops who had supervised
Geoghan or worked with him. None of the bishops would
comment. Of the priests, few would speak publicly. And one
pastor hung up the phone and another slammed a door shut at
the first mention of Geoghan’s name.
After ordination,
a record of abuse
There is no dispute that Geoghan abused children while he
was at Blessed Sacrament in Saugus after his 1962
ordination. The archdiocese has recently settled claims on
accusations that he did, and the [Fantasy] Church records
obtained by the Globe note that Geoghan in 1995 admitted
molesting four boys from the same family then. The
unresolved issue in the remaining suits is whether [Fantasy]
Church officials knew of the abuse at the time.

pastor's house to his sleeping room]
A former priest, Anthony Benzevich, has said he alerted
[Fantasy] Church higher-ups that Geoghan frequently took
young boys to his rectory bedroom. In news reports after
accusations against Geoghan surfaced publicly, Benzevich was
also quoted as saying [Fantasy] Church officials threatened
to reassign him as a missionary in South America for telling
them about Geoghan. Benzevich told his story to Mitchell
Garabedian, who represents nearly all of the plaintiffs in
the civil suits against Geoghan and [Fantasy] Church
officials, according to an affidavit Garabedian filed.
But court records reviewed by the Globe show that when
Benzevich appeared in Garabedian’s office for a pre-trial
deposition in October 2000, he was represented by Wilson
Rogers 3d - the son of Law’s principal attorney. Then, under
oath, Benzevich changed his story. He said he was not
certain that Geoghan had had boys in his room. And he said
he could not recall notifying superiors about Geoghan’s
behavior with children.
In a recent interview with the Globe, Benzevich said he
does indeed remember Geoghan taking boys to his room. He
said Geoghan often sought to wrestle with young boys - and
liked to dress them in priest’s attire. But he repeated his
sworn assertion that he does not recall notifying his
superiors.
Before his deposition, Benzevich said, Wilson Rogers 3d
approached him, told him the [Fantasy] Church was trying to
protect him from being named as a defendant, and offered to
represent him. His earlier statements to reporters,
Benzevich said, had been misconstrued.
Garabedian, citing the confidentiality order, refused to
discuss the Benzevich issue with the Globe.

The [Fantasy] Church’s financial liability in the pending
suits could increase dramatically if there is evidence
Geoghan’s superiors knew of his abuse.
Geoghan’s second assignment - in 1966 to St. Bernard’s in
Concord - ended after seven months, according to a detailed
chronology of Geoghan’s service prepared by the [Fantasy]
Church which does not explain why the assignment was so
abbreviated.

The pending lawsuits include accusations that Geoghan again
abused young boys from several families in his next parish,
St. Paul’s in Hingham, between 1967 and 1974. One of his
alleged victims, Anthony Muzzi Jr., said in an interview
last week that in addition to his own abuse, his uncle
caught Geoghan abusing his son. The uncle ordered Geoghan to
leave his house, and complained to the priest’s superiors at
St. Paul’s.
That complaint to [Fantasy] Church officials coincides with
the time frame when Geoghan received in-patient treatment
for sex abuse at the Seton Institute in Baltimore, according
to Sipe, the psychotherapist who was on Seton’s staff at the
time. Sipe did not treat Geoghan.

During his assignment in Hingham, Geoghan found victims far
afield, befriending Joanne Mueller, a single mother of four
boys who lived in Melrose. There too, according to
depositions, the priest became a regular visitor, a
spiritual counselor to Mueller and a helpmate to her boys,
who were between 5 and 12.
One night, she testified, her second youngest son came to
her, insisting that she keep Geoghan away from him. “I don’t
want him doing that to my wee-wee, touching my wee-wee . .
.” Mueller recalled the boy saying.
Mueller, according to her deposition, summoned her three
other sons and learned that Geoghan, while purporting to be
taking them out for ice cream, helping them with their
baths, and reading them bedtime stories, had been raping
them orally and anally. Also, Mueller said, Geoghan was
insisting they tell no one. “We couldn’t tell you because
Father said it was a confessional,” she said one of her sons
told her.
Mueller testified that she immediately took the boys to see
Rev. Paul E. Miceli, a parish priest at St. Mary’s in
Melrose who knew both Geoghan and her family.
She testified that Miceli assured her that Geoghan would be
handled by appropriate [Fantasy] Church authorities and
would “never be a priest again.” Mueller also said that
Miceli asked her to keep the matter to herself: “Bad as it
was, he said, `Just try - don’t think about it. It will
never happen again.’ “

Miceli, until recently a member of Law’s cabinet,
contradicted Mueller in his own deposition. He said he did
not recall her name, and never received a visit of the sort
she described. But Miceli acknowledged receiving a call from
a woman saying Geoghan was spending too much time with her
children.
Miceli testified that the caller said nothing about sexual
abuse. Nonetheless, Miceli said he drove to Geoghan’s new
parish in Jamaica Plain to relay the woman’s concerns to
Geoghan face-to-face.
Family in need
was vulnerable

If Mueller had unwittingly facilitated Geoghan’s access to
the children in her home in Melrose, the same role was
played by Maryetta Dussourd at the priest’s next stop: St.
Andrew’s, in the Forest Hills section of Jamaica Plain,
where he served from 1974 to 1980.
Dussourd was rearing her own four children - three boys and
a girl - as well as her niece’s four boys. In her
hardscrabble neighborhood, she said in an interview, she
hoped there was a priest the children could look up to. Then
she met Geoghan, who oversaw altar boys and Boy Scouts at
the parish.
Geoghan, she recalled bitterly, was eager to help. Before
long, he was visiting her apartment almost every evening -
for nearly two years. He routinely took the seven boys out
for ice cream and put them to sleep at night.
But all that time, Geoghan regularly molested the seven
boys in their bedrooms, Dussourd said. In some cases, he
performed oral sex on them, according to court documents.
Other times, he fondled their genitals or forced them to
fondle his - occasionally as he prayed.
A 1994 Archdiocesan memorandum, labeled “personal and
confidential,” said Geoghan would stay in the Dussourd home
“even when he was on retreat because he missed the children
so much. He `would touch them while they were sleeping and
waken them by playing with their penises.’ “
Dussourd discovered what was happening after the children
finally told her sister, Margaret Gallant. Horrified,
Dussourd complained to the Rev. John E. Thomas, the pastor
of St. Thomas Aquinas, a nearby parish, according to court
documents and accounts by Dussourd and a [Fantasy] Church
official who asked that he not be identified.

Thomas confronted Geoghan with the allegations, and was
taken aback when Geoghan casually admitted they were
accurate. “He said, `Yes, that’s all true,’ “ the official
recalled. It was as if Geoghan had been asked “if he
preferred chocolate or vanilla ice cream.”

Thomas immediately drove to archdiocesan offices in
Brighton to notify Daily. In Thomas’s presence that Saturday
afternoon, Feb. 9, 1980, Daily telephoned Geoghan at St.
Andrew’s and, in a brief conversation, delivered a curt
directive: “Go home,” the official said.
Geoghan protested, saying there was no one else to
celebrate the 4 p.m. Mass. “I’ll say the Mass myself,” Daily
insisted. “Go home.” The official said Daily drove to
Jamaica Plain and said Mass.

The Rev. Francis H. Delaney, who was Geoghan’s pastor at
St. Andrew’s, said in an interview that [Fantasy] Church
officials never told him why Geoghan disappeared from the
parish.
[Pastor Thomas wants to keep all secret]
Several weeks later, Dussourd said, a contrite Thomas came
to her apartment and told her that Geoghan had admitted to
abusing the boys, but had excused his behavior by telling
the pastor, “It was only two families.”
Thomas, echoing a tack common among clerics at the time,
later pleaded with Dussourd not to follow through on her
threat to go public, she said. He cited the years Geoghan
had spent studying for the priesthood, and the consequences
for Geoghan if the accusations against him were publicized.
“Do you realize what you’re taking from him?” Thomas asked,
according to Dussourd.
Thomas, who is now retired, declined to be interviewed.
A 1994 archdiocesan document summarizing Geoghan’s
recurrent problems says of the seven children: “Fr. Geoghan
`admits the activity but does not feel it serious or a
pastoral problem.’ “
[Geoghan's fifth parish St. Brendan's - more child abuse]
Geoghan spent the following year on sick leave, under
treatment for his compulsion, but living with family in West
Roxbury. In February 1981, he was sent to his fifth parish,
St. Brendan’s.
Almost immediately, Geoghan was working with First
Communicants, befriending young children and their parents,
even taking some boys to his family’s summer home in
Scituate, where - parents say they later discovered - he
sexually abused the youths.
Geoghan’s free rein was made possible because the
archdiocese said nothing to Lane, St. Brendan’s pastor,
about Geoghan’s history, according to a teacher in the
parish whom Lane has confided in.
The St. Brendan’s teacher, who declined to be named, said
that at first, Geoghan’s willingness to spend inordinate
amounts of time with children was admired. But over time,
some parishioners became suspicious. “We knew something
wasn’t right,” the teacher said. “He just zeroed in on some
kids.”
After two more years and more allegations of sexual abuse,
Geoghan’s tenure at St. Brendan’s came to an abrupt end in
1984, when Lane heard complaints that Geoghan had molested
children in the parish.
Lane, the teacher said, was so devastated that he broke
down when he told her the news. And, she said, he was
incensed that he had not been warned. “Father Lane was
almost destroyed by this,” the teacher said.
Lane is now retired. When a Globe reporter went to see him
recently, he slammed the door shut as soon as Geoghan’s name
was mentioned.
Law denies he
tried ‘to shift a problem’
[Cardinal Law and his defense]
In his own defense last summer, Law wrote in the Pilot, the
archdiocesan newspaper, “Never was there an effort on my
part to shift a problem from one place to the next.”
The cardinal’s assertion followed his disclosure, in court
documents, that he was informed in September 1984 of the
four-year-old allegations that Geoghan had molested the
seven Jamaica Plain boys. In the court filing, Law went on
to say he then notified Geoghan that he was being removed
from St. Brendan’s and was “in between assignments.”
The legal response by the cardinal, narrowly drawn in
response to the lawsuit against him, omits any reference to
Geoghan’s molestation of children at St. Brendan’s in
Dorchester.
Despite his record, Geoghan was assigned to St. Julia’s.
And in his first two years, he was in charge of altar boys,
religious education for public school youngsters and a youth
group, according to the [Fantasy] Church’s annual
directories.
Three weeks after Geoghan arrived in Weston, Bishop D’Arcy
protested the assignment to Law, citing Geoghan’s problems
and adding: “I understand his recent abrupt departure from
St. Brendan’s, Dorchester may be related to this problem.”
[Priests with problems - one goes - another comes]
A copy of the letter contains a redacted paragraph, an
apparent reference to the Rev. Nicholas Driscoll, who
confirmed last week that he had been removed from St.
Julia’s before Geoghan’s arrival - but for alcohol and
depression problems, not sexual abuse. So D’Arcy expressed
concern about “further scandal in this parish.” If
“something happens,” parishioners will feel that the
archdiocese “simply sends them priests with problems.”
D’Arcy urged Law to consider restricting Geoghan to weekend
duty “while receiving some kind of therapy.” The Globe could
find no evidence that Law accepted that advice.

Retired Monsignor Francis S. Rossiter, Geoghan’s pastor at
St. Julia’s, refused to be interviewed last week. But
[Fantasy] Church records note that Rossiter was aware of
Geoghan’s history.
The civil and criminal allegations Geoghan faces in
Middlesex and Suffolk counties suggest that he allegedly
abused at least 30 more boys after Law sent him to Weston in
1984 - both before and after the half year’s sick leave in
1989.
After Geoghan’s 1989 return to St. Julia’s, it was another
38 months before Law took him out of the parish. Three years
later, Geoghan was still seeking out victims, allegedly
including an altar boy donning vestments for a christening
ceremony, according to the criminal charges.

The shuttling of Geoghan from one parish to another created
a devastating coincidence for one family. One boy he
allegedly molested is the son of a man who had been among
the many sexually abused by Porter during the 1960s in the
Fall River Diocese, according to Roderick MacLeish Jr., the
attorney who represented the man and 100 other Porter
victims.
MacLeish declined to provide any information about the
family, and said a legal claim has yet to be filed over the
son’s treatment by Geoghan.
MacLeish, who has had substantial dealings with the Boston
Archdiocese, said he remains astonished at Rogers’s
assertion that Geoghan’s assignments were deemed safe by
doctors. “No responsible clinician would have said it was
safe to transfer him to another parish in light of what the
[Fantasy] Church knew about his pattern of deviant
behavior,” MacLeish said.>

The criminal prosecution of yet another [Satanist] pope
came closer to reality this month as Italian politicians
agreed to work with the ITCCS in a common law court action
against the papacy for its haboring of a wanted fugitive
from justice: deposed [Satanist] pope Benedict, Joseph
Ratzinger.
The agreement came after a new eyewitness confirmed the
involvement of Ratzinger in a ritual child sacrifice in
Holland in August of 1987.
“I saw Joseph Ratzinger murder a little girl at a French
chateau in the fall of 1987″ stated the witness, who was a
regular participant in the cult ritual torture and killing
of children.
“It was ugly and horrible, and it didn’t happen just
once. Ratzinger often took part. He and (Dutch Catholic
Cardinal) Alfrink and (Bilderberger founder) Prince
Bernhard were some of the more prominent men who took
part.”
This new witness confirms the account of Toos Nijenhuis,
a Dutch woman who went public on May 8 with her eyewitness
account of similar crimes involving Ratzinger, Alfrink and

Soon after his historic resignation from office last
February 11, Joseph Ratzinger was convicted of Crimes
against Humanity on February 25, 2013 by the
Brussels-based International Common Law Court of Justice,
and a global citizens arrest warrant was issued against
him. Since then, he has evaded arrest within [Satanist]
Vatican City under a decree of the present [Satanist] pope
Francis.
The surfacing of this new evidence of [Satanist] Vatican
complicity in child murder has prompted a group of Italian
politicians to agree to work with the ITCCS in confronting
the papacy with a common law court case against the
present [Satanist] pope Francis, Jorge Bergoglio, for his
sheltering of Ratzinger and his own complicity in war
crimes. The politicians had been in closed negotiations
with ITCCS representatives since September 22.
“We are looking at revising if not abolishing our
country’s Lateran Treaty with the [Satanist] Vatican,
whose actions in harboring child rapists certainly meet
the definition of a Transnational Criminal Organization
under international law” stated a spokesman for one of the
politicians.
In response, during the same week of October 7 when these
new allegations surfaced, the [Satanist] Vatican commenced
a series of attacks against ITCCS groups in Europe
involved in documenting the [Fantasy] Church’s involvement
in cult ritual murder.
Paid operatives sabotaged ITCCS work in Holland and
Ireland during that week, and on October 14, the main
ITCCS website was destroyed by the same saboteurs.

attacks were paid for and coordinated through the Office

1913. They also involved the agents of the Papal Nuncio to
Holland, Archbishop Andre Dupuy, who made direct contact
with two of the saboteurs, “Mel and Richard Ve”, and with
the Archbishop of Dublin, Diarmuid Martin, who likewise
paid bribes to disrupt ITCCS work in Ireland.
“Obviously the [Satanist] Vatican is panicking. This is a
good sign” commented ITCCS Field Secretary Kevin Annett

Church, and it’s no longer possible for child killers in

"Sexual abuse, especially when committed by people who have

with tragic consequences for the victims and their

eight-page letter to keep raising awareness of the severity

Numerous allegations against religious
priests
For this reason, the [Fantasy] Order intends to focus on
sexual abuse during its Extraordinary General Chapter in
January 2014 after many allegations of sexual abuse against
members of the [Fantasy] Order have been made in recent
years.
Previously, headlines were created aobut the [Fantasy] Order
comunity because the Mexican founder Mr. Marcial Marciel
Degollado (1920-2008) had a sexual relationship to a woman.
Rumors say that there would be several illegitimate children
and would have abused them sexually, too. In Februar 2008,
Macial had died in the "USA" as an 87 years old bone.
Reproaches say that he had abused seminarists. And rumors
say that he had given them the absolution for jointly
committed sexual acts.
Cases of 35 priests investigated -

According to [Fantasy] Church law, cases have been processed
so far by a total of 35 priests. Not all investigations have
been completed, but nine priests have been found guilty.
These include Marcial Maciel and Father William
Izquierdo.
Father William Izquierdo, a former teacher for the [Fantasy]
Order in the Federal State of Connecticut, allegedly abused
one of his custodial novices between 1982 and 1994.
Two of the accused were expelled from the priesthood and
seven were sanctioned. 85-year-old Izquierdo, who is
reportedly suffering from severe dementia and has not been a
priest since 2008, should not be punished. He was taken to
an assisted living facility where he is treated
appropriately, it said.
In 14 cases, according to the Legion of [Fantasy] Christ,
there was no abuse, and ten more cases are still under
investigation, and two cases concern former priests who
could not be prosecuted by [Fantasy] Church law.
Vicar General Heereman: "I can say with certainty that to
this day all possible measures have been taken to ensure
that no member of the Congregation, whom we have learned has
committed sexual assault, still has contact with minors."
Commission on abuse prevention

Wesolowski, had more than 100,000 child pornography files on
his personal computer. According to a report in the Italian
daily newspaper "Corriere della sera" on Friday, these are

protected his vicar general, the diocese's head of
administration, who is said to have abused Catholic
seminarians in the United States.
Archbishop Wesolowski was already recalled from his South
American post as Vatican ambassador (nuncio) in the summer
of last year when the allegations against him became known.
He is accused of sexual violence against seven boys in the
Dominican Republic. In the meantime, he has been transferred
to the lay state. The trial against him would be the first
ever against a former high-ranking cleric in the Vatican.
Wesolowski probably did not act alone
According to the "Corriere della sera" report – he quotes from
the investigation files (link
Italian) – Wesolowski did not act alone; the
investigators in the Vatican are apparently on the trail of a
network of supporters. It can be seen from the files that some
of the heads in this network have already been identified.
Wesolowski is also said to have maintained connections to
international pedophile rings.
The investigators attest to the archbishop's "special skill in
the use of digital means for his criminal connections".
Wesolowski had created a veritable archive on a computer owned

Nuoffer starts psychotherapy. It lasts 20 years and costs
around 220,000 francs. This is eleven times as much as the
maximum amount he could demand from the [Fantasy] Church

it. Nuoffer, a psychologist by profession, has faced his own
sorrow. Today he is liberated from his fears, his life is no
longer dictated unconsciously by his past.
One day, however, a girlfriend tells him to understand that

criminal complaint. But the incident is barred [limitation
has passed], and the tormentor no longer lives. Nuoffer
visits the bishop, wants more information and an admission

martillo con el cual le dí dos veces en la cabeza,

padres el pasado viernes 4 del cursante mes,
cuando salió a las 10:00 de la mañana y comunicó a
su madre y a su novia que iba a buscar un dinero
donde el padre Taveras Durán, pero este nunca
retornó a su vivienda.
El padre fue interrogado hasta la madrugada de
este martes por oficiales de Homicidio de la
Policía y un representante del Ministerio Público.

Cámara de Diputados que planteaba el número
de 185 menores fallecidos y que fue
duramente cuestionada por parlamentarios y
organizaciones de defensa de la infancia.

Respecto a la
diferencia entre la cifra entregada en julio de
este año y la que se conoce hoy, Huerta señaló
que el resultado de ahora se debió a “un
procedimiento riguroso que permitió tener más
acceso a la información”.
A esto Huerta
agregó: “Nos duele habernos demorado dos
meses en haber entregado esta información, eso
obedece a la deficiencia de nuestro sistema. Y
asumimos un compromiso para que nunca más nos
pase en nuestra sociedad“.
Así, la cifra
entregada y que se publicó en los medios es de
865 fallecidos bajo la tutela del Sename, sin
embargo la suma global que da el mismo informe
alcanza la dolorosa cifra de 1.313 muertes bajo
el cuidado del Sename.
Fue el propio
Diputado Ramón Farías (PPD), actual presidente
de la Comisión investigadora “Sename 2”, quien
al ser consultado por la cifra de 865
fallecidos, precisó señalando que esta alcanzaba
1300 fallecidos, misma cifra que se desprende al
sumar la totalidad de muertes reveladas en el
informe desarrollado por Huerta y su equipo.
Niños
protegidos y niños condenados
De este modo,
Huerta detalló las cifras del informe señalando
que son 210 niños, niñas y adolescentes
los que murieron en el sistema residencial de
protección del Servicio. De
estos, 113 tenían algún grado de
discapacidad, 74 eran menores de seis años, 131
tenían alguna enfermedad, mientras que 32 no
estaban enfermos. Además, en 47 casos la causa
de muerte no es concluyente.
A esto se
suman 406 que fallecieron en
programas ambulatorios, 177 estaban
diagnosticados con alguna enfermedad. 180
estaban sanos y en 49 casos la causa no es
concluyente. Todas muertes ocurridas
bajo dependencia -directa o de centros
colaborativos- del Sename, entre el 01 de enero
de 2005 y el 30 de junio de este año (2016).
En el desglose
hecho por la Directora del Sename, se da cuenta
además de 33 adolescentes infractores
de ley que cumplían condena los
cuales también fallecieron en los centros de
rehabilitación directa del servicio de justicia
juvenil, al igual que otros 216 que
eran parte de los programas ambulatorios
y que se encontraban cumpliendo penasbajo
la Ley de Responsabilidad juvenil.
En total, tenemos
que 865 niños, niñas y adolescentes
murieron en un periodo de 11 años
bajo la tutela del organismo, ya sea bajo
administración directa o concesionada.
Los
mayores de edad bajo sistema de protección y
por Ley de Responsabilidad Juvenil
Por otra parte,
Huerta entregó las cifras de mayores de 18 años
fallecidos bajo los distintos regímenes que
tiene la institución, entre los cuales es cuenta
que 215 mayores de 18 años murieron en
el sistema de residencia y 21 murieron bajo
sistemas ambulatorios.
*Cuando se habla
de mayores de edad en el Sename de jóvenes con
algún tipo de discapacidad que se mantienen en
Centros colaboradores del sistema (pequeño
Cottolonego u otros) o de aquellos que siendo
menores cumplieron su mayoría de edad mientras
se mantenían en residencias o programas del
Sename.
Finalmente, en
cuanto a los mayores de edad vinculados al
Sename por la Ley de
Responsabilidad Juvenil, 22 se encontraban en
sistemas de administración directa, mientras
que 190 mayores de edad infractores de
ley fallecieron en programas
ambulatorios.
En definitiva, 448
personas mayores de 18 años fallecieron bajo
la tutela del Sename. Esta cifra, más
los 865 menores de edad llega a la dramatica
cifra de 1313 personas que fallecieron
estando bajo la protección de un
organismo del Estado (Sename)
en un periodo de 11 años y medio, es decir, en
promedio cada mes mueren alrededor
de 10 niños/as, adolescentes y
adultos a cargo de esta institución.>

while 32 were healthy. In addition, at 47, the
cause of death is unclear.
In addition there are: 406, who died in
ambulant programs, 177 suffered some disease
according to diagnosis. 180 were healthy and 49
cases died for unknown reasons. All these
deaths occurred directly under the supervision of
SENAME or in centers that collaborated with SENAME
- from January 1, 2005 to June 30 of this year
(2016).
The SENAME Director's balance also lists 33
criminal youth who died in the
rehabilitation centers under the circumstances of
detention which is directly under the control of
the juvenile justice system. And there are 216
cases that were in the program with ambulant
treatment, which also had penalties
according to juvenile justice.
Altogether, these are 865 children and
adolescents who died in 11 years under the
auspices of the Ministry, be it under direct
administration or under licensed administration.

<For many children, violence at home is part of everyday
life in cr. Switzerland. A new study brings horror results
to light.
Children in Switzerland are beaten more often than many
probably suspect. Two out of five children experience mild
violence (poking, slap in the face, etc.), and one in five
is even the victim of massive violence (punches, footsteps,

The newspaper refers to numbers of the study made at Zurich

Stress: "Uncertainty and overwork can cause
parents to go too far," says Rieker. Parents with a
migrant background are more often affected because they
have to find their way around the new society. Many would
do several jobs to feed the family.
Education method: "The awareness that violence
against children is wrong and harmful, is not widely
used," says study director Dirk Baier. He demands a law
that prohibits "physical punishment as a method of
education".

An investigation has uncovered evidence that the Catholic
[Fantasy] Church has covered-up the births of thousands of
children after they were fathered and then abandoned by
priests.
The cover-up was exposed after a woman investigated
her own father after being abounded as a child in the hope
of rekindling a relationship with him.

After learning her father was actually a priest when she was
12, Sarah Thomas recently managed to track him down,
only to discover that she was one of thousands of other
children who had been swept under carpet to protect the name
of the priests who had fathered them.
Now, she has decided to lift the lid on the discovery and
expose yet another whitewash by the [Satanist] Vatican.

According to Patheos, she was initially told that
her father was a university lecturer, but she found out in
1990 that he was really a Roman Catholic priest working in
London.
“I just said, ‘That’s fantastic! I’m sure
he’d like to meet me,'” Sarah
says.
Her mother wasn’t so sure.
It turns out her mother was right, and she had good
reason to believe that’d be the case. He was
apparently horrified when he found out
about the pregnancy years earlier.
He ended the relationship that day and never
spoke to Sarah’s mother again on his own —
only in the presence of another representative of the
[Fantasy] Church.

A senior priest suggested to Sarah’s mother
that she go away to stay by the sea until the baby
arrived and then give it up for adoption, but
Sarah’s mother refused.
“So this priest decided that my father could carry on
and become a priest,” Sarah says, “as long
as my mother and the child — me — were in cahoots
with their plan of secrecy.”

The priest did send modest payments to the mother, but
only in exchange for secrecy, and not for
the benefit of the child. Still, Thomas wanted to meet her
dad, and after years of nothing she got
what she wanted.

Unfortunately, it was nothing like she expected.
Her father had brought a Catholic counsellor
with him and Sarah, who was by now 14, was accompanied
by the husband of one of her school teachers,
an arrangement that completely failed to put her at
ease…
“I went in there thinking we were going to
be best friends, but he was very aloof and cold,”
she remembers.
The last thing Sarah’s father said to her that day
was that he wouldn’t be able to see her again for four
years.
“Before we’d met I’d thought, ‘Well, of
course, he’ll love me,'” she says.
“So when he did meet me and the outcome was
that we still weren’t going to have any kind of
relationship, that really hurt.”
Thomas, who is now non-religious, went through a lot as a
result of the rejection. She faced a life full of
misunderstanding until a near-death experience helped her
get over seeking a relationship with her dad. [It seems
there was a suicide operation without success].

But Thomas isn’t the only one in this terrible situation.
She says there are thousands of
children like her whose fathers are priests.
Many of the kids don’t get proper care, and it’s in part
because of the [Fantasy] Church’s rules requiring
celibacy.
There’s even an entire organization, Coping
International, that looks after those kids’ well-being.
“I’m doing this to highlight that there are
thousands of children of priests around the world and
no-one knows about them,” she says.
“They are powerless and they’re at the mercy of
this institution and that’s just not right.”

Through her mentoring work with Coping International and
her PhD research Sarah now knows about 100 people who
have been fathered by priests, from countries all over
the world, but believes there are thousands more out
there.
She says it’s striking that there are so many
common features to their experiences.
It's refreshing to see there are groups to help children
like this, but the problem won’t fully go away until it’s
addressed by the Catholic [Fantasy] Church.

needs to make abstinence optional and make
more of an effort to bring on good priests and to oust
immoral ones.
