<SANTO DOMINGO.- Un sacerdote mató a martillazos y puñaladas a un monaguillo de 16 años, con el cual durante tres años mantuvo relaciones sexuales, porque según el cura el menor lo estaba chantajeando con publicar vídeos y fotos sosteniendo relaciones sexuales si no le daba dinero.
El padre Elvin Taveras Durán dijo a los investigadores de la Policía y el fiscal adjunto Gilberto Castillo, que mató a martillazos y puñaladas a Fernely Carrión Saviñón (Tieni), de 16 años, y que montó el cadáver en su carro Nissan Sentra, rojo, y lo llevó a la carretera Guerra-Bayaguana, donde lo lanzó en un matorral.

Una fuente oficial ligada a las investigaciones expresó que el padre Taveras Durán admitió haber cometido el crimen cuando investigadores de Homicidios de la Policía junto al Ministerio Público, fueron a allanar la casa parroquial de la Iglesia Santa Cecilia de Hainamosa, Santo Domingo Este, ubicada en la calle Padre Aula número 7 del sector Los Rosales, donde fue arrestado.

La Policía y el Ministerio Público actuaron luego que la madre del menor, Rosanny Saviñón Reyes, denunció en la Policía que su hijo había desaparecido el pasado día 4, tras decirle que iba a reunirse con el sacerdote Taveras Durán.

El padre, tras ser arrestado solo para fines de investigación, confesó que mató a Fernely con quien dijo tenía una relación desde el año 2013, “é me amenazó que si no le daba dinero iba a publicar los vídeos y las fotos teniendo relaciones con él”.

Taveras Durán dijo a los investigadores que “ante esa situación, yo le di 180 mil pesos [apr. 3530 dólares "americanos" - año 2019] para que no lo hiciera, sin embargo, este volvió a pedirme dinero, si no iba a publicar en las redes sociales las fotos y los vídeos, y le tuve que dar otros 10 mil pesos” [apr. 196 dólares "americanos"].

Declaró que Carrión Saviñón volvió a exigirle dinero, por lo que acordaron que el pasado viernes 4 de este mes se reunirían para entregarle otros 180 mil pesos en efectivo, “pero primero le pedí que formateara el teléfono celular donde tenía las fotos y los vídeos, y cuando lo hizo, sólo le di cuatro mil pesos [apr. 78 dólares "americanos"], él se enojó y provocó una discusión que terminó en un forcejeo, en medio del cual logré tomar un martillo con el cual le dí dos veces en la cabeza, y cayó al piso, y luego tomé un cuchillo y le maté de varias puñaladas en el pecho y la espalda”.

El sacerdote señaló que conoció al menor Carrión Saviñón en el año 2013, cuando serví como párroco en la Iglesia Nuestra Señora de Fátima, de la urbanización Máximo Gómez, en Villa Mella, Santo Domingo Norte.

El joven fue reportado como desaparecido por sus padres el pasado viernes 4 del cursante mes, cuando salió a las 10:00 de la mañana y comunicó a su madre y a su novia que iba a buscar un dinero donde el padre Taveras Durán, pero este nunca retornó a su vivienda.

El padre fue interrogado hasta la madrugada de este martes por oficiales de Homicidio de la Policía y un representante del Ministerio Público.

Manto de misterio

El sacerdote Taveras Guzmán fue trasladado primero al destacamento Felicidad de Los Mina, y anoche a un lugar indeterminado a los fines de los investigadores recabar nuevas evidencias, informó el fiscal adjunto Félix Castillo.

En las próximas horas, al sacerdote le conocerían medida de coerción, aunque en los casos de homicidios, se conocen este tipo de medida antes de las 48 horas, si de determine culpabilidad.

En la fiscalía de Invivienda el caso no había llegado, comunicó el departamento de relaciones pública de la Fiscalía de Santo Domingo.

Víctor Núñez, del departamento de Prensa, señaló que el caso está en proceso de investigación y que desconoce el nombre del sacerdote.
