[1235: A mill burns in Fulda - 2 children are killed]
In 1235 happened the first blood libel case. In Fulda, a mill burned down in the absence of the miller and his wife. Their children were burnt.
[In areas without electricity or with many fantasy rituals for a fantasy god and a fantasy Jesus, it's normal until today to let burn candles so houses burn down. In this way a complete native village was burnt down in 2016 in Lima in Peru, the village of "Cangallo". A Shipibo woman had locked children or a cat with a burning candle].
[In Fulda, the incident was immediately used to start a pogrom against Jews]:
Immediately the claim was distributed that Jews had killed the children for using their blood in rituals. The result were 32 murdered [Moses Fantasy] Jews. Jews and Christians became nervous. Frederick II (1211-1246 [web01]) was investigating the case with a big commission of princes, abbots, and learned Jews from whole Europe. They stated finally that it is absolutely forbidden for Jews according to [Fantasy] Moses and [Fantasy] Talmud to stain themselves with any kind of blood, and not at all with human blood. The [Jesus Fantasy] Emperor then prohibited in any case any accusation in this way against Jews.*

*In 1247, Pope Innocent IV issued a bull stating: "We have heard pitiful complaints from the Jews of Germany that some ecclesiastical and secular princes and other nobles and rulers in your cities and dioceses are making divine attacks against them, and are seeking various occasions to plunder and appropriate their goods in an unlawful manner, without considering that, to a certain extent, the testimonies of the Christian faith emerged from their archives. [Ed.: ...] While the Scriptures say, among other things, "Thou shalt not kill" and forbid them to touch anything dead on the Passover, they make the false accusation that they enjoyed the heart of a murdered child on the Passover. It is believed that the [p.35] [fantasy Moses] law commands are ordering them like this, but it's just the conrary: It's just forbidden. So they charge the Jews when adead body is found somewhere.
Such and other pretext is elected for an angry persecution; without any lawsuit and without any confession, without any proof, against all regulations of the [Jesus Fantasy] Apostolic See, without God and against any righty they are robbed of their fortune, are extorted with hunger, prison and torture, many are punished and killed in a cruel way so the Jews in territories with these princes, violent dictators and nobles have a cruel and horrible fate, more cruel than their fathers under the Pharaoh in Egypt. And they are forced to leave their houses where their families have lived since generations. They are afraid of complete extermination so they turned to the Providence of the Apostolic See [ed.: ...]" The [Jesus Fantasy] Pope recommended to the princes to protect the Jews and forbade all further persecutions. This pope is a historical exception: almost a friend of the Jews. But only almost - because he did not destroy the "theological" degradation of the Jews that would have shaken the foundations of [Jesus fantasy] Christianity. I will come back to this at the end of my investigation. [p.36]
[1236: Frederick II (Duke of Austria 1230-1246) renews the "Worms Jewish privilege" and extends it to whole Germany - and claims a "servitude"]
In 1236 [Jesus Fantasy] Frederick added this order [p.35] to the renewal of the Jewish privilege of Worms and extended the privilege to all Jews of Germany. With this document, the Jews are called the first time as "servants (servi) of the imperial chamber".
Now consider this: the Jews needed the highest protection, so this was the proof that the protection by normal law (land peace regulations) was not working but an illusion. The chamber servitude was considered a progress for the Jewish legislation in the legal history, but since the research of Mr. Guido Kisch with his work of 1954 ("Research of legal and social research of jews in Germany during the Middle Ages") this chamber servitude is considered a negative turning point. Because now the Jews were not one of many groups with equal rights like women, merchants, clerics, foreigners in towns, but now they were separated as "servi", and this was a downgrading as at least "dependants", and [p.36] this counted for all of them for the complete ethnic group. They had to accept a special law not as merchants or professional group, but as [Moses Fantasy] Jews and nothing else. This was weakening their free position.

The development reduced the Jews to be little merchants in the countryside and to be bankers for credit systems. But: the Jesus Fantasy Christians ordered much too high interest rates to provoke negative feelings against the Jews. Now in 1236, the definition as "servants" was another degradation of Jewry in the sense of the Jesus Fantasy Christian master race - and since 1236 new Church theorists ("scholastics") invented with the word "chamber servitude" that all Jews should be just "servants" and without any rights. And the Jesus Fantasy kings, emperors and popes permitted all this nonsense. This is the "mercy" of criminal Jesus Fantasy "Christians" who are additionally terrorizing the landscape with crosses and dead bodies on the crosses...]

[Frederick II (Duke of Austria 1230-1246) defines a servitude of Judaism - for keeping his empire together (!)]
[The Jesus Fantasy Emperor] Frederick II created this "protection" for the Jews, and with this he had another main goal: He was strengthening the crown rights (regalia) in general against the centrifugal tendencies of the various territories. By binding all Jews to the imperial chamber (now, of course, the fiscal chamber), he could hope to secure the regalia rights [crown right] of taxation over this wealthy group as a whole.
The choice of the term "servi camerae nostrae" was necessary for presenting the granted rights against the Church and their theology.

There is the doctrine of eternal servitude of the Jews (Lat.: servitus Judaeorum) which we know already:

[Criminal Jesus Fantasy Christian master race: The Jesus Fantasy Pope Innocent III (Pope 1198 to 1216) invokes the "eternal servitude of the Jews" in 1205 in a letter, claiming again that the Jews had murdered the Fantasy Jesus - and in 1208 again in a bull]
The policy with the Jews was only a little section of the right of [the Jesus Fantasy] Church and the [Jesus Fantasy] State. In 1205 already, the [Jesus Fantasy] Pope Innocent III had written to the [Jesus Fantasy] Bishop of Paris about the "eternal servitude of the Jews" because of their [fantasy] guilt concerning the [fantasy] death of [the Fantasy] Christ.
And in a bull of Innocent III from 1208, it says:

They must not be killed, so the Christian people won't forget the divine law."

Three successive [p.37] [Jesus Fantasy] popes sharply emphasized the servitude of the Jews, which is also reflected in the previously quoted texts of Thomas [Aquinas].

The Jesus Fantasy Christians had firmly established the Asian trade, which took place with the Templars in the Middle East, who handled the middleman trade with the arch-enemies, the Mohammed Muslims. Italy became richer and richer as a hub (ports of Genoa and Venice) and with arms sales to BOTH sides. Thus, the "Christians" were less and less dependent on the trade networks of Judaism and could manage commerce themselves and now the propaganda against Jews came up more and more. Now, the [Jesus Fantasy] Church's doctrine about the [Moses Fantasy] Jews was not installed in the secular law yet in Germany. The review "Saxonian Mirror" ("Sachsenspiegel") does not know neither servitude nor chamber servitude (but to the contrary, this review is defining any limitation of freedom as an injustice). Now, this [Jesus Fantasy Emperor] Frederick [II] is the first legislator adopting ecclesiastical concepts.
It was, let's say, high time to install guidelines for the materialization of the Jewish servitude. He was hurrying one year after the edition of Worms, formulating a prevelege of Vienna in 1237: he excluded all Jews from the public offices "so they would not abuse the power of public offices for torturing the [Jesus Fantasy] Christians; because since ever the imperial power has punished the Jewish crimes to be in the servitude."

Also this is said in competition with the [Jesus Fantasy] Church: the Fourth Lateran Council under Pope Innocent III in 1215, as the highest ecclesiastical magisterium, had finally made the [Moses Fantasy] Jews pariahs [excluded people], and it was requested that they have to wear different clothing and shall be excluded from public offices.

In 1234, Pope Gregory IX collected all the decrees against the Jews, including those of Innocent III, and published them as "Special book" ("Liber extra"); this volume was incorporated into the [Jesus Fantasy] canon law, and now, the [fantasy of a servitude of Judaism] "Servitus Judaeorum" was canonized [integrated into the "canon" of the church laws].
[Supplement: The perverse Jesus fantasy church pretends to be "harmony"
It is an absolute perversion that the criminal Church calls the discriminatory "canon law" a "canon" where the different voices are supposed to sound "harmonious". We have the same element of FAKE "harmony" in the criminal Church with the "beautiful numbers" in the Jesus fairy tale 3,12,13, 33 (33 = code of knightly orders, Freemasons) and in the "beautiful" church music etc. - Church is a horror dictatorship with lies, discriminations, bribery and sexual abuse and nothing else].
The new anti-Jewish wave of the Council and canon law naturally became known throughout the [Jesus Fantasy] Christian world.
[There were new possibilities now to devalue and rob Jews, this was a new "element of life" for almost all criminal "Christians": just waitfor the next opportunity for beginning with propaganda with new criminal poems].
These are the reasons for the way of the imperial procedure [by Frederick II since 1236 with the definition of "chamber servitude"]. He was copying the theologic law paragraphs from his personal enemy [the Jesus Fantasy Pope] Gerogy into his own legislation. By this, he proved respect to the [Jesus Fantasy] Church as an institution despite of his personal discord. In 1236, he wrote to the Pope that the Jews would [p.38] be directly under his authority according to the common law - in his Empire and in his hereditary kingdom of Sicily. And in the privilege for Vienna, he replaces the authority of the Lateran Council with the words of "imperial power from ever since (from time immemorial)". This Lateran Council had claimed to the "Christian princes" for the discrimination of the Jews.
[The successors of Frederick II from 1246: they convert the "chamber servitude" into an absolute "servitude" of Judaism - Jews become fair game]
Frederick himself apparently did not draw any exaggerated conclusions from the law. But already under his son [the Jesus Fantasy Emperor] Conrad IV (Emperor of the Holy Roman Empire of the German Nation 1237-1254 [web05]) began the degeneration of the chamber servitude into a legal mask for screaming injustice. The theological justifications have been immortalized by [the church theorist ("scholastic") Thomas [Aquinas], the "greatest theologian", as a good follower of the Fourth Lateran Council (with a "Summa theologica" (1263-1273) [web04]). This is the proof for greatness and misery of Jesus Fantasy Theology at the same time!
However, degeneration was already pre-programmed in the choice of the term. It was just the most enlightened man of the century, Frederick II, who adopted the pathetic theological nonsense. One can only understand this action by knowing that he he wanted to be intelligent favoring the state power against the church power. But this kind of intelligence working with theological nonsense as a weapon is producing always misery. And in this case, this Frederick brought the Jews more and more extortion, expulsions, robberies, even royally permitted extermination with participation in the booty, instead of protection by the king. It is indescribable and has to be presented here.
[from 1236: Jews shall be "servants" now - they are fair game: they can be enslaved, borrowed, extorted, being charged with special taxes etc. - examples from Sinzig, Worms (Germany) and Znojmo (today CSR)]
The emperors and kings could grant regalia [crown rights] (customs, coins, mines, etc.) temporarily in return for taxes or as tokens of grace, mostly only for one time. And the same happened with the only regalia [crown rights] about humans which were the Jews, the Jewish regal. How was this? All Jews were rated as chamber servants, and this lending of humans could also be applied for only one single Jew. Conrad IV (Jesus Fantasy Emperor 1237-1254 [web05]) did the following:
-- In 1243, Conrad IV installed a tax of 500 marks from the Jews and this tax should be taxed by Mr. Gerhard of Sinzig, and "in the case of necessity by imprisonment [p.39]" (per captivitatem si necesse fuerit extorquere).
-- In the year of 1338 the Jews of Worms have to finance King Ludwig's trip to France with 2000 guilders "because of their misdeeds" [always the accusation that a fantasy Jesus had been murdered]. If there had actually been misdemeanours, they would have been mentioned, but above all there would have never indicated a trip to France as a reason.
-- And now there began a new wave of INVENTIONS against the Jews for extortions and blackmail. Sigismund (Emperor 1433-1437 [web06]) owed money to the city of Znojmo [today CSR] and authorized the town to collect the money from the king's chamber slave Jews in Znojmo and the surrounding area, if necessary "with hardship of body and property".

In 1414, Sigismund had the Jews finance the Council of Constance.
-- From the Nuremberg Jews he demanded 12,000 guilders,

-- from the people of Cologne at first 12,000, which he then increased to 84,000,
-- from the Jews in Worms the "third cent (German: pfennig)", a childish euphemism for a third of their property.

One has to imagine the horror and distress caused by such sudden extraordinary taxes. In any case, they were already paying the ordinary taxes for the highest level of protection.

[The eternal lie of the Jesus fantasy emperors without budget planning: Jews should pay protection money to be better "protected" - but their rights are more and more reduced and they are more and more robbed - example of Emperor Ludwig the Bavarian with debt relief decree and guilder cent (German: Güldenpfennig)]
Since the [Jesus Fantasy] Emperors and [Jesus Fantasy] Kings worked without considering any financial budget [a budget did not exist until about Napoleon], they had gradually given the chamber servants into other hands because of their financial difficulties, to bishops, in the Golden Bull is written: to the electors, and more and more also to the cities; The free imperial cities kept the Jewish shelf the longest, namely until the dissolution of the Empire in 1806. Ludwig (Emperor Ludwig the Bavarian [web08]) also invented a brilliant replacement for the sold Jewish regal [crown right to the Jew]. He introduced a poll tax, the guilder cent (German: Güldenpfennig), which means that every Jew over the age of 12 and in possession of at least 20 guilders must pay an annual body interest of one guilder to the [Jesus Fantasy] king. This tax was levied for centuries, and the Jews associated it again and again with the hope of being spared from other sudden bloodsucking.

A document of Margrave Albrecht of Brandenburg from the year of 1462 reveals a new burden, which was again a religious tax:
"When a Roman [Jesus fantasy] king or emperor is crowned, he can take property and life from the [Moses fantasy] Jews throughout the empire and kill them, except for a small number that must be preserved for remembrance. Jewry must give each new emperor one-third of its property in order to redeem [as a protection money for] its life and property for this time."
This great idea was based on the medieval legal principle that privileges are tied to the person of the grantor of the privilege. Each new king had to be asked for confirmation of the privileges, as they had expired with the death of the predecessor. The problem was usually solved by negotiations before the new elections, and since Charles V by election capitulations. Of course, there were no negotiations for the Jewish privilege, they were without privilege during the interregnum, i.e. without rights. Consequently, since the newly elected king did not want to kill them, one could demand a payment for the renewal of her chamber servitude. The first was again Sigismund (Emperor 1433-1437 [web06]), who demanded an "honor" from the Jews of the Empire, even from the Jews of the Papal States.
